ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

We are a high quality new-build & refurbishment contractor focused on the residential education & leisure sectors and specialising in design & build.

In carrying out these activities we use energy and a variety of raw materials and in doing so also produce some waste.

We understand that we have an environmental impact and through this policy we aim to reduce this impact to the minimum level possible.

A key to the success of this policy is our environmental management system which is based upon ISO 14001:2004 the internationally recognised standard for environmental management.

The Directors of Bell Projects Ltd and all senior managers are responsible for ensuring that this policy is implemented wherever we work.

All employees and sub-contractors have a duty to act in an environmentally responsible manner.
