The project involved the refurbishment and restoration of a dilapidated print works together with forming offices under the railway arches and new offices being constructed within this seven unit mews development.
The project was in close proximity to the mainline railway and required regular liaison with the Rail Authority consultants. The project featured an elliptical building which required significant research to achieve good aesthetic finish whilst achieving the necessary structural and insulation properties.
Bell were subsequently employed by our Client to sub-divide the four larger units to meet the changing demands from tenants.
