This Design & Build project was for the construction and fit out of a new warehouse and offices.

The structure comprised steel frame on pad foundations and ground beams with power floated insitu concrete ground floor to a zero tolerance and wide span precast planks at first floor.

The shell was finished in metal cladding to roof and external walls.

Other main features of the project were a sub-station; water storage tank to supply sprinklers to warehouse; loading bays and dock levellers.
