This project involved the construction of a new build multi-function facility on an existing podium deck including a new canopy to the main University entrance, paving and planting.

The adjoining university buildings operated normally throughout the project period with appropriate measures having been put in place to ensure the safety and security of students and all visitors to the establishment.

Throughout the project the University were notified, on a weekly basis, of all planned construction activities for the following week.

Bell Projects were similarly advised by the University in advance of any exam periods, enabling careful planning of noisy operations so as not to disrupt University activities.
