This Design and Build project involved the construction of a new build two storey fair faced RC frame building on piled foundations with circular columns.

The envelope was finished with rainscreen cladding and brise soleil.

A feature of the fit-out was the acoustic ceiling and drop down sound boards.

A secure single storey creche was also included in the contract.
