Quintin Hogg Sports Centre
On the 8th June 2007 Bell Projects achieved Practical Completion on Quintin Hogg Sports Centre in Chiswick for the University of Westminster.

This Design & Build Project involved the construction of two storey extensions to each side of a Grade II listed pavilion.  This facility was created to provide a fitness club, a gym for children, crèche, clubroom and administration areas.
We also sensitively refurbished the Grade II area to provide changing rooms. The steel frame was built on pad foundations with a Rigidal curved roof and clad in fairfaced brick/blockwork, Kingspan cladding and Kawneer curtain walling.
The ground floor was partially power floated as were the upper floors, on metal decking.
Also included in the contract were a swimming pool shell and extensive external works.
