We are pleased to announce our appointment as Main Contractor for the Harrods Roof Top Development, starting in early September 2008, for a period of nearly a year. The value of the project is just over £4.7m.

We are pleased to confirm that we are in the final round of securing a new-build / refurbishment of a mixed use development at 33 Grosvenor Street for Chelsfield Partners LLP. Pre-construction activities will start on the 29th July 2008, with demolition starting on the 1st October 2008. The contract value is circa £6.0m

After a successful period of design development and value engineering we are starting on site at Baker's Row, London EC1 on a residential / commercial project on the 21st July 2008. This is the first of a series of projects being undertaken with Great Marlborough Estates.

We have just been awarded a new build project to provide four town houses at Wakefield Street, London, to the Value of £1.5M, for Great Marlborough Estates LLP.

We have just secured a residential fit-out project of 23 town houses at 55 Baker Street, London; value £2.3M, for HBG. The structure being provided by our sister company, John Doyle Construction. Anticipated start on site will be December 2007 for completion in May 2008.
