Understanding of Sector

Over the last five years the hotel industry has experienced increased activity since the Foot and Mouth outbreak and September 11th. The number of hotels across the whole spectrum of the sector has grown, but it is at the budget end of the market that has seen the fastest growth.

Experience

New build and refurbishment in vacant and in occupied hotels, on a traditional and on a design and build basis.

The most challenging of hotel work is that of bedroom refurbishment in occupied hotels. We describe what management resource we bring to bear on this type of work.
