This current design & build development is for 59 apartments with a restaurant and retail units on the ground floor.

The structure is an insitu RC frame on piled foundations constructed on a confined site.

It is a multi storey development, up to 15 storeys, with brickwork and metal cladding together with rendered blockwork.

Fitting out, to Affordable and Shared Equity specifications, includes passenger lift installations and full services installations.

Also included in the scheme are incoming services together with access roads and hard/soft landscaping.
