Clarendon Court occupies a commanding position within the immediate vicinity of some of London’s most affluent and fashionable areas. The very name ‘Clarendon’ derives its title from a history of distinguished residents who chose to live in what is described as ‘one of the most attractive early Victorian tree and stucco landscapes in London’.
It was built as a luxury hotel around 1900 and in later years was used to house homeless people by Westminster Council.
Today, Clarendon Court offers unparalleled opportunities for luxurious living within its magnificent Edwardian façade. The apartments are arranged from lower ground to ground and then six upper floors with each level designed around a spectacular atrium and lightwell.
Bell was involved with both the heavy refurbishment of the existing building which included:
- Retention of three facades
- Demolition of existing structure.
- Formation of five split-levels of underground car parking & eight levels above ground as Phase 1.
Bell also carried out the fit-out to the highest specification to one hundred luxury apartments.
