In June 2007 Bell Projects commenced the construction of four luxury houses in Hampstead Heath, London.  The project was secured under a two stage procurement route which enabled us to work with the design team to significantly reduce the cost without detracting from the high quality finishes.

On this project we are working in conjunction with our sister company, John Doyle Construction, who are providing the basement and concrete frame utilising a precast walling system called Twin-Wall
