This was an interesting and complex Design and Build project for the refurbishment and conversion of an old whisky warehouse together with a new two storey extension, individually designed to form flats and a retail unit.

The works involved major roof reconstruction/alterations with some areas of the roof and first floor levels being raised; brickwork repairs and enhancement; reclaimed timber for structural and aesthetic features.
