This development involved the refurbishment of five Victorian terraced properties to create 22 self contained flats with associated office accommodation and support rooms for the homeless.
The works comprised the removal of internal partitions and redundant staircases and the provision of new walls and staircases to create new layouts. Minor roofing works and façade refurbishment were also carried out.
