This development, including asbestos removal and demolition of a fire damaged building, was built on piled foundations and comprised the steel framed construction of two retail units at ground floor with two residential blocks of six storeys and four storeys built off an amenity deck at first floor level.
The residential blocks were constructed traditionally in masonry with beam and block floors.
The scheme provided forty one flats (1 and 2 bedrooms) with balconies, security door entry systems and landscaped amenity deck.
Fitting out, including lifts, was to a medium spec.
